1. Eligibility

2. Services Provided
RIXHOST offers virtual private servers (VPS), Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) access, and related hosting services located in data centers across Latvia, Netherlands, and Sweden.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time.

3. Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering.

4. Acceptable Use
You agree to comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. Any activity involving illegal content, spam, hacking, or unauthorized access is strictly prohibited.

5. Billing and Payments
Services are billed on a monthly basis unless stated otherwise.
Payments must be made through the methods provided on our website.
Failure to pay on time may result in suspension or termination of services.

6. Refunds and Cancellation
No refunds are offered unless explicitly stated.
You may cancel your services via your account dashboard at any time.
We reserve the right to terminate any account for breach of these Terms without refund.
